Connie Hensler

Connie Hensler serves as the Global Director of Environmental Management and Product Stewardship at Interface, holding this position since June 1993 and bringing over 25 years of expertise in technical leadership, chemistry, microbiology, manufacturing, and life cycle assessment. Throughout tenure at Interface, Connie has achieved notable milestones, including the development of more than a dozen patented inventions and leadership of the Materials of Concern initiative, earning recognition as a global expert in life-cycle assessment. Previous roles held include Director of Corporate LCA Programs, Director of Sustainable Research, and Interface Research Process Lab Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Director at Flexible Products Company from August 1981 to June 1993. Connie holds a Master of Science in Applied & Environmental Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from Georgia State University.
