Erik van der Groef

Erik van der Groef currently serves as Supervisor Servicedesk EMEA at Interface since March 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing the servicedesk and ensuring the successful resolution of incidents and service requests. Previously, Erik held the position of Senior PC Server Specialist at InterfaceFLOR, focusing on Windows Active Directory management, package development using Altiris, and maintaining backup solutions with IBM Tivoli Storage Management. Erik's career includes roles as Systeem Beheerder at Het Branche Bureau BV, system engineer at FCKlap, and consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where involvement in various projects included Citrix migrations. Early experience as Buitendienst medewerker at AXIO System involved progression from helpdesk to internal system administration. Erik is an alumnus of HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
