Janneke Leenaars

Janneke Leenaars currently serves as the Sustainability Manager for Northern Europe at Interface since January 2020, focusing on the Climate Take Back mission to achieve a Carbon Negative Enterprise by 2040. Prior to this role, Janneke worked as an interim Corporate Social Responsibility Change Manager at BUSINESS FOR GOOD Leadership and as Manager Corporate Social Responsibility at Zeelandia, where strategic CSR development and community building were key responsibilities. Janneke has also directed the Colour Kitchen Foundation, championing the cause of supporting underprivileged talent, and contributed to circular economy initiatives as a coach for MJ Oomen. Additional experience includes consulting in organizational development and training works councils. Janneke holds a Master's degree in Law from Tilburg University and is furthering expertise as a Regenerative Practitioner at the Regenesis Institute for Regenerative Practice.
