Jennifer Johnson is an accomplished customer service professional with extensive experience in both domestic and international customer service management. Since January 2007, Jennifer has been with Interface, holding the titles of International Customer Service Manager and Domestic Customer Service Manager. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as Customer Service Manager at Kleen-Tex Industries from December 1999 to January 2007. Educationally, Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Columbus State University, having previously studied at LaGrange College.
