Joycelyn Lee is a highly experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources leadership across various regions, including EMEA, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources for Interface since April 2018, Joycelyn previously held positions such as Regional HR Director for Getz Healthcare and Regional Director of Human Resources for Mundipharma. With over two decades in the HR field, Joycelyn's expertise spans talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives, complemented by an MBA in Human Resources and a Graduate Diploma from Singapore Institute of Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce.
