Lisette Coolen

Lisette Coolen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing improvement and continuous improvement methodologies, particularly Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Currently serving as Manufacturing Improvement Manager at Interface since November 2021, Lisette also operates Cool Dutch Plants. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Management Consultant at MSD, where Lisette held a Black Belt certification in Lean/Six Sigma/TPM. Additionally, Lisette was Continuous Improvement Manager at Ahrend, leading Lean transformation initiatives, and has held project management roles focused on Lean methodologies. Early career experience includes working as Service Contracts Project Coordinator at MCFE. Lisette holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente.
