Manish Patel

Manish Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Global Director of Materials & Transportation at Interface since June 2025, Manish previously held the position of Head of Supply Chain at Honeyville, Inc. from March 2023 to June 2025. Additionally, Manish worked as the Senior Director of Negotiations Strategy at Convoy Inc. for a brief period in 2022. Prior to these roles, Manish accumulated significant experience at National DCP, LLC / Dunkin' Brands, serving as Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing, Director, Strategic Sourcing, and Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager from February 2014 to September 2022. Manish also contributed to Coca-Cola Refreshments in various roles related to revenue growth management and material supply management from April 2012 to January 2014. Manish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, earned between January 2000 and January 2005.
