Matthew Boughton

Matthew B. is an accomplished IT and procurement leader with extensive experience in driving operational excellence and fostering IT-business partnerships. Currently serving as Global Director of IT PMO at Interface since October 2022, Matthew previously held the role of IT Business Applications & Delivery Leader at IG Design Group Plc from July 2018 to October 2022, where innovative accountability within the IT organization thrived. Matthew's 21-year tenure at Kimberly-Clark included several key positions, such as Global Technology and Process Leader for Global Procurement, where efforts in change management and stakeholder engagement led to a 20% increase in contract visibility through the deployment of a Global Contracting System. Additionally, Matthew has expertise in procurement systems, LEAN methodologies, and SAP ERP implementations. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University and various certifications in LEAN problem solving, change management, and ISO auditing.
