Melinda Shortt currently serves as the Director of Demand Planning and Customer Support at Interface, where responsibilities include designing and managing the S&OP process for Interface Americas, ensuring the integration of product demand forecasts and supply plans within a world-class framework. Earlier in Melinda's career, customer service and logistics were managed at Confederate Packaging Inc. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Georgia Southern University.
