Nathaniel Gastley

Nathaniel Gastley is a seasoned engineering professional with a diverse background in project management and product development. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Engineering Management at Interface since November 2019, Nathaniel oversees engineering projects focused on capital budgets, including the introduction of advanced machinery for environmentally friendly carpet production and retrofitting existing equipment. Previous roles include Engineer at Jetaire Group, where Nathaniel contributed to developing safety equipment for the aviation industry, and freelance contractor at Nathaniel Briggs LLC, providing product design services to individuals and small businesses. Nathaniel also held positions as Design Engineer, Project Manager, and Sales at Hawg Halters Inc. in the V-Twin motorcycle sector, as well as founding XBN Composites, which specialized in mold making and product fabrication.
