Nils Rödenbeck

Nils Rödenbeck has extensive experience in leadership roles within the commercial sector, currently serving as Vice President Commercial Europe II at Interface since June 2007, where responsibilities include managing operations in the DACH region and UKIMEA. Prior roles at Interface include Managing Director for Ireland and Germany, and Sales Director for Germany, where Nils led teams focused on architects and designers. Earlier, Nils worked at WINI Büromöbel Georg Schmidt GmbH & Co. KG as a Regional Sales Manager, providing support across multiple regions. Nils holds multiple executive education certificates from Harvard Business School, including in Disruptive Innovation and Transforming Customer Experience, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Management from Hochschule Weserbergland.
