Rafael Millot

Rafael Millot serves as the Director of Operations for Latin America and the Director of Business Development for Latin America at Interface since November 2008. Previously, Rafael Millot held the position of Senior Operations and Finance Manager at Chargeurs from January 2001 to March 2008, where significant contributions included reengineering financial operations for enhanced efficiency across various regions and leading a $7.5 million business expansion project in China. Rafael Millot also managed operations, human resources, and P&L for the manufacturing division in the US while auditing operations across multiple subsidiaries. Rafael Millot holds an MBA in Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and degrees in Industrial Engineering and Engineering from Universidad de la República.
