Tom Spencer

Tom Spencer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, account management, and team leadership within various industries. Currently serving as Key Account Director and National Market Segment Manager for Interface in Canada since January 2020, Tom focuses on market segment sales and development while collaborating with regional sales leadership to drive business growth. Prior roles include Market Segment Manager for nora systems, Project Manager/Sales at DL Watts Flooring, and Operations Manager at Transgroup Worldwide Logistics. Tom has also demonstrated leadership in the hockey community as a coach for SFU Men's Hockey, the Valley West Hawks, and TSP Hockey, overseeing training programs for elite players. Tom's educational background includes a two-year degree in Recreation and Leisure Services from Centennial College and studies at Brock University and Dunbarton High School.
