Monique Chiotti

Monique Chiotti has a diverse range of work experience. Monique started their career as a Tutorial Leader at McMaster University in 2009 and then worked as a Guest Services Representative at Bayview Village Shopping Center from 2010 to 2012. After that, they joined Hays in 2012 and held various roles including Corporate Receptionist, HR Coordinator, and Senior HR Coordinator. In 2018, Monique moved on to LOFT Community Services where they served as an HR Coordinator/Administrator until 2019. Currently, they are employed at iNTERFACEWARE Inc. as the Human Resources Office Manager and recently assumed the position of Human Resources Manager.

Monique Chiotti completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology at York University from 2004 to 2009. Monique then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Globalization Studies from McMaster University, which they completed from 2009 to 2010.
