Genesis Vera

Genesis Vera has a work experience that spans over two companies. In 2009, they joined Izquierdo & Canelones as a Consultor de Recursos Humanos. Genesis'sresponsibilities included candidate recruitment and selection processes, visiting clients for profile analysis, and conducting research for potential candidates. Genesis remained in this role until March 2021.

In 2021, Genesis joined Interfell and held various positions. Genesis started as a Partner Recruiter in March and transitioned to a Talent Sourcer IT in July. Currently, they hold the position of IT Recruiter, starting in January 2022.

Genesis Vera has a diverse education history. Genesis began their academic journey in 2010 at Colegio Universitario de Caracas, where they pursued a degree in Técnico Superior Universitario en Administración. Genesis successfully completed this program in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Genesis continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Licenciado en Administración degree. Following this, they enrolled at Universidad 'Alejandro de Humboldt' in 2018 and pursued a degree in Gerencia de Recursos Humanos. Genesis completed their studies in 2019, specializing in the field of Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Genesis Vera obtained a certification from EF English First in August 2021.
