Åsa Andersson is an HR consultant with 25 years of diverse experience at Sandvik, where they held various roles including HR Chief of Staff and Manager Pricing and Profitability. They founded ÅvA Konsult AB in 2020 to share insights and support organizations in tackling human resource challenges. With expertise in organizational development, change management, and people management, Åsa is currently serving as HR for Interflora Nordics while also consulting for other organizations. Åsa holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from Uppsala University, specializing in international marketing.
