Michael Bishop

Michael Bishop has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael currently works as a Content Specialist and UX Writer at Interfolio, Inc., a position they have held since October 2013.

Before joining Interfolio, Michael had a career in the music industry. In 1992, they were a Bassist, Singer, and Songwriter for the rock band Kepone, which was active in the mid to late 90s. Prior to that, they were a Performer, Bassist, Songwriter, and Singer for the band GWAR from 1987 to 1994. Michael later rejoined GWAR as the lead singer in April 2014.

Michael Bishop began their education journey in 2001 at the University of Virginia, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Musicology and Ethnomusicology. Michael continued their studies at the same university until 2012, completing their doctoral degree.
