TRACY YOUMANS

Tracy Youmans possesses extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, having held various superintendent and managerial roles across multiple companies. Tracy began a career at International Paper as Superintendent from February 1991 to February 2008, followed by a position as Dry-end Superintendent at West Fraser from February 2008 to February 2010. At Rayonier, Tracy served as Green-end Superintendent from February 2010 to March 2012, before progressing to Interfor, where responsibilities included Dry-end Superintendent, Interim Mill Manager, and ultimately Mill Manager from March 2012 to September 2020. This diverse background highlights a strong capability in managing operations and overseeing production processes.
