Charity McClain

Charity McClain has extensive experience in customer service, volunteer work, team leadership, and operations. Currently working at Interform.net as a Customer Service Representative, Charity assists sales reps and clients with orders to ensure they are properly placed, delivered, and billed. Additionally, Charity volunteers at Girl Scouts of Utah as a mentor for new troop leaders and runs a troop to help girls develop leadership skills. In the past, Charity worked at Convergys as a Team Lead and at MarketStar as an Operations Specialist, Project Manager, and Event Manager, where Charity ensured client satisfaction and provided support to account executives and managers.
