Dave Noorlander

Dave Noorlander currently serves as Head of Commerce at Intergamma, overseeing commercial activities for 400 Gamma and Karwei DIY stores in the Netherlands and Belgium with a focus on growth, revenue maximization, and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes a decade at PostNL, where roles spanned from Lead of Commercial Strategy Execution to Head of Strategy & Innovation in the European e-commerce division, playing a key part in driving strategic initiatives and fostering growth. Earlier, Dave worked at The HEINEKEN Company as Trade Marketing Manager, enhancing brand visibility and sales in external venues.
