Lex Koopman

Lex Koopman has extensive experience in retail and operations within the construction and hardware sectors. Since May 2001, Koopman has served as the Coordinator of Retail Automation at Intergamma, overseeing infrastructure requests, hardware procurement, and third-party installation coordination for new stores and relocations. In response to organizational changes in 2020, Koopman now also provides first-line support to office staff. Prior roles include Assistant Store Manager at GAMMA Amersfoort, where responsibilities included personnel planning and service management, and a Sales Manager at HEMA overseeing the food and non-food departments. Koopman began a career in the retail sector as a Store Manager at Scapino Schoenen, with experience in both assistant and leading roles. Academic qualifications include an MBO in Middelbaar Middenstands Onderwijs and an LBO in Lager Middenstands Onderwijs from Hanze College.
