Paul Sullivan

Paul Sullivan has built, grown, and exited successful businesses in both the private and public markets across the US and Canada. As the Principal of Navillus Consulting since 2006, they have dedicated their time to mentoring and coaching founders and CEOs, helping them enhance their leadership skills and overcome challenges. They also serve as a Mentor for the Venture Mentoring Service of Alberta, providing guidance to entrepreneurs in the region. Paul co-founded Chinook Arch Farm, which breeds world-class warmblood horses, and has held leadership roles at several technology companies, including Guest-Tek and Noteable! Inc. They hold multiple degrees, including an MBA in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Development from the Haskayne School of Business and a BSc in Mathematics from The University of Western Ontario.
