We work with a holistic model of giftedness that includes intellectual giftedness, as well as emotional, creative, sensual, physical and existential forms of giftedness. We also embrace twice-exceptionality and multi-exceptionality, and are aware that other parts of our identities are essential to who we are as gifted people. To us, giftedness is a part of ourselves our whole lives, and deserves to be fully recognized and integrated into our sense of self and our actions in the world.

We are a psychology- and trauma-informed organization that is dedicated to supporting our gifted adult peers in their self-leadership and in helping them connect their gifts and passions to real-world action and leadership.

We are based in Switzerland, with coaches and members throughout the world.
