Janet James has been working in the finance industry since 2008. Janet began their career at HSBC Global Banking and Markets as a Global Support Executive, where they acquired and updated knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes, and processed work as requested by line manager/customer. In 2012, they moved to American Express as a Senior Fraud Analyst, where they delivered extraordinary customer care and ensured that all key performance standards were met. In 2015, they joined PayPal as a Compliance, Sanctions Investigator 2, where they investigated activity across multiple platforms to ensure that it falls within acceptable parameters established by governing bodies. In 2018, they moved to iZettle as a Client Onboarding Analyst, and in 2021, they joined Intergiro as an Onboarding Specialist and Onboarding Analyst.

Janet James completed a Bachelor of Education from Open University Malaysia in 2018, with a focus on Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. Janet also obtained a Diploma in Biotechnology from GEOMATIKA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE in 2008.
