Marc T. has held a variety of roles in the past decade in the fields of sales, business development, and real estate. In 2019, they became the Head of Sales and Business Development at Intergiro and Co-Founder at GAP Management Fund Ltd. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Head of Sales at Worldclearing. In 2015, they were a Real Estate Consultant at Icon Property - Monaco's Premier Real Estate Agency. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Founder and Managing Director of Clubmapp GmbH and a Real Estate Consultant at Engel & Völkers French Riviera. From 2009 to 2013, they were a Sales and Marketing Control and Management Trainee at Steinbeis Temming Paper.

Marc T. obtained a Bachelor of Science from the International University of Monaco in 2011, majoring in Internationale Geschäfte/internationaler Handel. Marc then attended Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and General Management. In 2013, Marc T. returned to the International University of Monaco and earned a Master of Science in Luxury Hospitality & Event Management in 2015. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of London Chamber of Commerce for English Level 3 proficiency in August 2011.
