IMMR is my brand as Interim Manager with focus technical Procurement. I am no provider.
Know-how in several industrial sectors for the manufacturing industry with own Development department: Private and public companies, often international and well-known, with different sizes and corporate cultures.

I like to lead and optimize technical Procurement departments, -networks, -organizations. I take care to link-up Procurement with all interface departments: Development, Quality Management, Production, Logistics, Sales. In my point of view this is the best way to realize security of supply and set up saving projects.
