Joshua's recruiting career began in the Psychiatry Division at Medicus Healthcare Solutions, where a focus was placed on building relationships with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to secure locum tenens and permanent positions nationwide. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Plymouth State University, obtained in 2017.
