Olivia Wagner is the Co-Founder and President of InterimExecs, an organization specializing in connecting companies with top executive talent for growth and transformation since May 2012. Previously, from January 2011 to March 2019, Olivia served as Managing Partner at RedFlash, where efforts were focused on assisting entrepreneurs and executives with capital raising, product launches, and business sales. In addition, Olivia edited and published "How They Did It: Billion Dollar Insights from the Heart of America," featuring insights from successful company founders, and played a pivotal role as Managing Partner in the InterimCEO/InterimCFO Network, expanding the network to over 2300 members. Additionally, Olivia directed the first Great Lakes Entrepreneurial Bash in 2010, marking the launch event for the previously mentioned book. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology from the University of Michigan.
