Greg Why

Greg Why is a seasoned private equity operating partner with extensive experience in leadership roles across various firms. They served as an Operating Partner at Parthenon Capital from 2002 to 2006 and later held a similar position at Bain Capital until 2018. Currently, Greg is the Managing Partner of Hepcat LLC and a Managing Director at Hellman & Friedman through 2024. They contribute to the governance of Internal Logic Group, Inc. as a board member and previously served on the board of Apex Tool Group, LLC from 2013 to 2019. Greg holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
