Previously, Tyler held various leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Sales and Director of Builder Sales. Tyler managed a $100+ million P&L while leading a team of over 300 employees with an exceptional employee retention rate. With a strong focus on strategic planning and team development, Tyler has successfully integrated major acquisitions and expanded customer bases in the Southern California market. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University-Chico.
