IWA is a luxury construction and interior design firm first launched in 2002. We have undertaken and successfully completed a multitude of construction and interior design projects in key areas of London and all around the world, including in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, the Pacific and the United States.

Construction
IWA Build has carried out over 200 projects across the Greater London area (Mayfair, Notting Hill, Belgravia, Kensington & Chelsea, Hampstead, St Johns Wood, Barnes, Chiswick, Ascot and Gerrad’s Cross) and has also worked with a variety of prestigious designers from all around the city.  Our long-term experience in refurbishment, conversion, extensions and superstructures means our clients can expect the best quality both within specified deadlines and within budget. Our entire construction team (of around 100 ) collaborate for a single vision: to deliver the best product in as little time as possible for our clients!


Interior Design & Procurement 
We have in-depth knowledge, gained over 200 projects, of delivering global high-end luxury interior design.
