Steve Herman

Steve Herman has a strong background in the construction and building materials industry. Steve currently serves as the President & CEO of InteriorWorX LLC, a private equity corporation consisting of seven building products companies. Steve is responsible for managing all aspects of the company, including the growth and integration of existing and newly acquired businesses.

Prior to their current role, Steve was the Division President of Richmond American Homes in Utah, where they successfully rebuilt the company and achieved significant revenue growth. Steve also served as the Vice President/General Manager of Lehigh Hanson's Houston materials division and held various executive positions within Lehigh Hanson.

Earlier in their career, Steve was the COO of Ivory Homes, Utah's largest homebuilder, and played a key role in the company's growth and success. Steve also had P&L responsibility for Lehigh Hanson's Utah region and Pioneer Concrete of Texas' Houston Aggregates Division.

Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated strong leadership and business acumen, consistently achieving growth and profitability for the companies they have worked for.

Steve Herman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Steve has also completed a Strategic Negotiations Course at Harvard Business School. In addition, Steve has obtained certifications in various fields, including a B-100 General Building Contractor License from the Utah Division of Occupational & Professional Licensing, a Real Estate Agent license from the Utah Division of Occupation & Professional Licensing, and a Licensed Professional Engineer status from the State of Colorado.
