Pankaj Sood

Pankaj Sood has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Pankaj is currently the Chief Executive Officer at InterKnowlogy since August 2020. Prior to that, they were a Kauffman Fellow at the Society of Kauffman Fellows since July 2011. Pankaj also worked as a Doctoral Student at the University of Cambridge starting from October 2009.

In 2019, they worked at WeWork as a Labs Manager for WeWork Labs until September 2020.

Pankaj was the Director of iBoost at Ryerson University from October 2014 to April 2018, where they developed the iBoost Zone and collaborated on innovative initiatives. Prior to that, at Ryerson University, they also served as the Manager of AutoID Solutions at CEIE from February 2014 to October 2015.

Additionally, they were a Fellow at Action Canada from June 2014 to March 2015.

In 2005, they founded and managed the McMaster RFID Applications Lab at McMaster University until March 2014. Pankaj also worked as an Analyst at Deloitte in the same year.

Their earlier experiences include being a Software Developer Intern at IBM Canada Ltd. from January 2003 to August 2003 and an Intern at Research In Motion from September 2002 to December 2002.

Pankaj Sood completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from McMaster University, from the years 1999 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Engineering in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from McMaster University, which they completed from 2005 to 2006. Later, Pankaj went on to earn their PhD in Information Management from the University of Cambridge, studying from 2009 to 2018.
