Director of Client Partnerships at Interlaced

Jack Segar has a diverse work experience history. Jack started their career in 2015 at Apple, where they worked as a Technical Specialist, Genius, and Red Zone Specialist. In these roles, Jack demonstrated excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical knowledge. In 2017, they joined Calance as a Help Desk Specialist.

In 2017, Jack also began working at Interlaced.io as a Systems Engineer. In this role, they managed critical systems for clients, collaborated with various teams, and acted as the final escalation point for high-priority tickets. Jack later transitioned to a Customer Success Manager position, where they designed and sold solutions, led client health initiatives, and maintained customer satisfaction. Jack eventually became a Senior Customer Success Manager and, most recently, the Director of Client Partnerships at Interlaced.io.

In 2022, Jack joined On Deck as an OnDeck Sales Fellow. Throughout their career, Jack has consistently demonstrated strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach.

Jack Segar has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management and Computer Information Systems from Orange Coast College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Frictionless Sales from HubSpot Academy in February 2021, Certified Meraki Networking Associate from Cisco Meraki in October 2018, Conversational Strategy from HubSpot Academy in September 2018, Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy in September 2018, Lead Management from HubSpot Academy in September 2018, Sales Enablement from HubSpot Academy in September 2018, Certified Meraki Network Operator from Cisco in February 2018, Mac Service Certification from Pearson VUE in January 2017, iOS Service Certification from Pearson VUE in March 2016.
