William Serrano

William Serrano's work experience begins in 2007 with a web developer internship at Quiero Multiservices. William then worked as a computer technician at BHP Computers from 2007 to 2009. In 2011, they joined Geek Squad as an Advanced Repair Technician until 2014. Following this, they became an IT Manager at PulseOne Group, LLC from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Three18 Inc. as a Technical Production Manager and later became the Director of Technical Operations. Most recently, in 2022, they started working at Interlaced.io as the Director of Technical Operations for Los Angeles.

William Serrano began their education journey in 2008 when they enrolled at Los Angeles Pierce College. William studied Computer Science and obtained an A+ Certification, completing their studies in 2011. In addition to their degree, William has also acquired several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In January 2021, they obtained the OneLogin Administrator Essentials and OneLogin Implementation Specialist certifications from OneLogin. Furthermore, in September 2020, they completed the Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Engineers certification provided by ConnectWise.
