Eden Davies has worked in the recruitment and customer service industries since 2016. In 2016, Davies began working as a Customer Service Manager at Tesco Head Office. Two years later, in 2018, they took on the role of Recruitment Administrator at Vibrant - Your Property Partner. In 2020, Davies joined Reed Talent Solutions as a RPO Talent Specialist and was later promoted to Talent Partner. In 2021, they began working as a Talent Partner for Interlay and then as a Global Talent Partner for Identify Solutions in the Sales and Marketing Division. Finally, in 2022, Davies took on the role of Talent Partner at Rowden Technologies.
Eden Davies attended Crosskeys College from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Sociology, Psychology, Theirtory & Law. Prior to that, they attended Oakdale Comprehensive School from 2009 to 2014, where they achieved 10 GCSEs with grades A*-C and was Deputy Head Girl.
