Leslie Galloway, CPCC, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in coaching and organizational development. As the Founder and CEO of Interleap since March 2020, Leslie facilitates transformative experiences for leaders and teams, fostering growth, innovation, and strong relationships. Prior to this, as a Partner at Capacity7 from December 2014 to May 2020, Leslie focused on enhancing organizational capacity and leadership effectiveness. Leslie also served as Vice President at Resource Branding & Design from April 2001 to October 2013, where strategic guidance on human resources and operations was provided to align growth initiatives. Previous roles include MarComm Manager at MCI Corporation, overseeing marketing communications for substantial sectors, and Marketing Manager at AmericasMart Atlanta, managing marketing for leading trade shows. Leslie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
