Tenisha Benoit

Tenisha Benoit serves as the Director of Human Resources and Operations at the Interledger Foundation since May 2024. Previously, Tenisha held the position of Global Head of Human Resources at Rallyware from February 2022 to October 2022, where responsibilities included streamlining HR functions and enhancing employee engagement. Tenisha also led the HR Department at Vela from June 2015 to February 2022, overseeing employee relations and development for over 200 employees across multiple countries while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior roles include Global Human Resources Manager at REDI Global Technologies, where legal compliance and employee relations were critical, Human Capital Specialist at MAXIMUS focused on benefits and performance evaluations, and Human Resources Manager at Cyprexx Services. Tenisha holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The City College of New York.
