Peter Roussak

Peter Roussak has extensive experience in various roles within legal and business affairs. Peter is currently serving as the General Counsel at Interlink Electronics since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Élysée Divertissements from 2013 to 2022, where they played a key role in managing live family entertainment shows.

Before joining Élysée Divertissements, Peter held the position of President/Owner at Lindacrest Investments, Inc. from 1999 to 2022. During their tenure, they provided strategic and financial consulting services and worked on various projects related to investment management and airplane leasing.

Additionally, Peter co-founded and served as the President and General Counsel of Exhibit Consortium LLC and Xanadu Entertainment Partners LLC from 2004 to 2012. These companies specialized in developing and operating traveling exhibitions and mixed-use commercial developments.

Prior to that, they co-founded and worked as the Managing Director and General Counsel at Mandeville Partners, LLC from 1995 to 1999, where their notable achievements include spearheading a consolidation of the cable TV industry in Argentina.

Peter's career began as a Corporate, Securities, and M&A attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Irell & Manella LLP. During their time there from 1983 to 1993, they represented various clients, including private equity groups, and handled acquisitions, financings, and shareholder agreements.
