Tom Gallagher

Tom Gallagher has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tom most recently worked at Interlink as the Head of Product & Technology, starting in December 2023. Prior to that, they were a Lead Product Manager at Hg from June 2023 to December 2023. From February 2021 to June 2023, they served as a Lead Product Manager (AI, Data & Insight) at DrDoctor.

Tom also has experience at AND Digital, where they held two roles. From June 2019 to February 2021, they worked as a Senior Data & Insight Consultant, where they defined data strategies and led audits and implementations of analytics tools. Previously, from March 2016 to June 2019, they worked as a Product Analyst, working on various product roles and shaping product delivery using agile methodologies.

Before AND Digital, Tom worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in different capacities. From January 2015 to March 2016, they were an Audio Visual (AV) Technical Program Manager, managing the design and installation of a global Digital Signage solution. Prior to that, from July 2014 to January 2015, they served as a Network Infrastructure Engineer, developing and monitoring the internal computing network.

Earlier in their career, Tom had internship experiences as a Technology Infrastructure Summer Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2013, a Lighting Rig Project Manager at Notts County Football Club in 2012, and a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Interfleet Technology in 2012. Tom also gained experience as an Excel Macro Analyst at TJX Europe in 2011.

Tom Gallagher completed their education at the University of Nottingham, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017, Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org in the same year, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2016, CCNA from Cisco in 2015, and certifications in Financial Markets and Computational Investing, Part I from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2014.
