Grant Glading has extensive work experience in various roles within the software and IT industry. Grant started their career as a Help Desk Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group in 1988. Grant then worked at Bank of America as an Associate Systems Engineer, where they focused on mainframe systems automation and data center operation. After that, they joined MAXM Systems as a Systems Engineer, where they gained valuable experience in pre-sales and implementations.
