Mike Vaive

Mike brings over 18 years of IT Leadership and Operation experience in the manufacturing and service business segments. He brings valuable experience establishing and directing IT operations for multi-site corporations as well as developing and aligning IT strategy with business strategy. He possesses years of experience redefining processes to establish positive change management and to ensure a high level of IT functionality and reliability for current and future business growth.

At Interlink, Mike manages IT Operations, Service Delivery and Scheduling. He also leads our PMO and plays in integral part of our current and future service offerings.

Mike earned his education in Geography and Anthropology from Western Michigan University and Computer Information Systems from Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
