Joel Janda is an experienced operating partner currently supporting Interlock Equity and its portfolio companies in driving strategic growth since June 2021. In addition, Janda serves as a board member for Investor Group Services and holds the position of investor and board chair at Heuristic Actions, Inc., which specializes in structural monitoring technology. Janda co-owns and operates Diversified Association Management, a homeowners association management company, and Holladay Grace Roofing, a trusted name in roofing and exteriors. Previously, Janda was a managing director and partner at The Boston Consulting Group for 18 years, as well as holding roles at Prairie Capital, Park Place Entertainment, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Janda earned an MBA with concentrations in Strategic Management and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a degree from The University of Kansas.
