Rob Zielinski is an experienced board member and executive, currently serving on the boards of evolv Consulting, Lovelytics, Investor Group Services (IGS), and Apply Digital. As the Founder and Managing Director of Interlock Equity since May 2020, Zielinski focuses on partnering with exceptional founders and management teams in the middle market. Previous leadership roles include Chairman of the Board at CrossCountry Consulting, ClearView Healthcare Partners, Inspirage, and The Chartis Group, as well as General Partner and Managing Director at Riordan, Lewis & Haden Equity Partners. Zielinski holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Michigan State University.
