Roman Bardachev

Roman Bardachev has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA). Roman currently holds the position of Senior QA Engineer at InterLogic since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior QС Engineer at GlobalLogic from July 2020 to June 2021.

In the past, Roman was involved in a significant Fintech project for one of the "Big Four" consulting companies at SoftServe. Roman held the role of Senior QA Engineer, leading a team of 4 members and acting as the QA competence lead for 30 QC engineers. In this role, they were responsible for test planning, monitoring, and control activities. Additionally, Roman was instrumental in setting up the testing processes and assessing and improving them.

Before SoftServe, they worked as a QC Engineer at Ciklum from June 2016 to March 2017, and as a Software Tester at ELEKS from August 2015 to June 2016. Roman also gained experience as a Software Tester (volunteer) at JTalks from January 2015 to April 2016.

Their career in Quality Assurance started at ODW Elektrik GmbH, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist from June 2009 to June 2015.

Overall, Roman has extensive experience in QA, ranging from entry-level positions to senior roles. Roman has a strong background in leading teams, setting up testing processes, and improving testing methodologies.

Roman Bardachev received a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Lviv Polytechnical National University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile in November 2019 and as an ISTQB from iSQI GmbH in December 2016.
