Farwa Hasnain

Farwa Hasnain is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief of Staff & Head of People Ops at Rayn since January 2024, Farwa also holds the position of Independent Director at Interloop Limited. Previously, from March 2015 to January 2024, Farwa significantly contributed to Karandaaz Pakistan as Director Operations, Chief People Officer, and Company Secretary, focusing on promoting enterprise growth and financial inclusion for small businesses. Other roles include Head of Human Resources at Parwaaz Financial Services Ltd and HR Manager at USAID Power Distribution Program. Farwa’s career began in academia as a faculty member at Muhammad Ali Jinnah University, following early roles in human resources at various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the National University of Sciences and Technology and a certificate from Harvard University in Performance Measurement for Non-profit Organizations.
