Imran Riaz

Imran Riaz is an experienced professional specializing in Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Learning. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager OD/Talent Management & Learning at Interloop Limited since December 2020, Imran is responsible for implementing comprehensive L&D and OD initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals. Previously, Imran held the position of Lead HR Business Partner at PTCL, where key achievements included the implementation of the Kaplan & Norton Strategy Management Tool and development of talent review processes. Moreover, Imran has a history of roles in HR with a focus on competency development and talent acquisition, supported by an MBA in HR and Marketing from Riphah International University and a commerce degree from the University of the Punjab.
