Sumaira Aslam

Sumaira Aslam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Deputy Manager at Interloop Limited since December 2019, Sumaira has successfully led a Denim Expansion Project, increasing production capacity significantly. Previous roles include Functional Specialist and Assistant Manager in Centralized Engineering, focusing on plant maintenance processes. Prior to Interloop, Sumaira worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Lakson Group of Companies, where responsibilities included plant operation planning, budgeting, and energy conservation projects. Earlier positions at Century Paper & Board Mills Ltd involved enhancing power plant efficiency and conducting material consumption analysis. Sumaira holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology.
