Yaser Riaz

Yaser Riaz has extensive experience in the textile industry, having held various managerial roles over two decades. Yaser served as Manager of Research & Development at Angora Textile Limited from January 2001 to May 2006, where Yaser established the department and engaged directly with customers on developmental issues. After a brief tenure at Interloop Limited as Senior Sourcing Manager, where Yaser managed sourcing and procurement, Yaser advanced to the position of Business Unit Head for Active Wear, focusing on setting up a seamless apparel manufacturing facility. Yaser also led the Research & Innovation Centre, overseeing the innovation initiatives and the establishment of operational frameworks. Earlier in Yaser's career, Yaser was an Assistant Manager at Angora Textile Limited, involved in knitted apparel fabric and trims development. Yaser completed a BS (Hons) in Textile Technology and Management at the University of Management and Technology in 1999.
