Yasir Waseem

Yasir Waseem has over a decade of experience in the textile industry, with a strong focus on lean manufacturing and production efficiency. Currently serving as the Business Lean Head at Interloop Limited since January 2022, Yasir leads the implementation of lean principles to drive waste elimination and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Prior roles include Head of Production Planning and Control at Nishat Apparel, where Yasir managed the production of 30,000 pieces daily, and Manager of Lean at Masood Textile Mills Limited, overseeing key projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Yasir's earlier experience includes various managerial roles at Interloop Limited and an internship at Pakistan Engineering Co. Ltd. Yasir holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from the University of the Punjab.
